Ariel, a highly experienced and successful hi-tech executive, brings over 20 years of a proven track record in capital raise, P&L leadership and management within multinational and competitive environments, in both early stage and growth stage companies. Ariel has been involved as a Co-Founder, CEO and executive with a number of successful companies, including Optibase Inc., California (went IPO NASADQ; OBAS, 1999), Magic Software (NASDAQ; MGIC), e-Sponsor, Ltd. (acquired by Intuwave UK, 2001), Neocleus (acquired by Intel, 2010). In the past 5 years. Ariel has been the managing director of Oris Investments, and a board member/chairman of a number of portfolio companies operating in the field of clean tech.

Gal, a highly acclaimed and successful executive specializing in global branding, distribution channels and go-to-market strategies has been responsible for brand successes of numerous leading companies. Gal was the Business Leader for STANLEY works, Keter plastic, ZAG industries and others, leading the sales and marketing operations and directing a sales force overseeing distributors and manufacturers’ representatives. During his career, Gal had on-going interactions with global distribution networks and retailers such as USA- Home Depot, WalMart, Lowe’s, EU- Aldi, Leory Merlin, B&Q and more. Gal is a 3 time TransAlp Graduate.

Assaf is our Chief Financial Officer, with 15 years of experience in senior financial management roles. He has a vast experience in financial planning & reporting, M&A transactions, Financing rounds and Investor relations. In his last several positions Assaf managed global finance teams and led complex processes for both public companies and Start-ups, among those: Top Image Systems Ltd (Nasdaq: TISA, acquired by Kofax), Radcom Ltd (Nasdaq: RDCM), Cyberint Technologies Ltd, Become Technological Solutions Ltd and PwC.

Thirty years of senior management experience, that have focused on operational and global sales organizations, strategic thinker with a great emphasis on IP driven business and value creation. Previously the managing director of the KETER PLASTICS hardware division, turned the business from a 24 Million dollar in 2011 to $300 M in 2018. Before Keter served as Chromagen's Israeli MD, Restructured and re-aligned the distribution channels of the company into four tiers, based on business volume. Gil was also involved in leading roles in Technoplast.

Chen is an experienced Sales and Business Development Executive with a successful track record in direct sales as well as in building and managing global sales organizations and distribution channels, in various technology industries, which led to a significant growth in global reach, customer base and sales revenue. Having successfully managed business units with global responsibility, key accounts and international teams, as well as defining and executing Sales & Marketing strategies resulting in increased companies’ market share, revenue and profitability. Prior to joining Aquarius, Chen held leading sales and business development positions in market leading companies such as Applied Materials (Nasdaq: AMAT), SolarEdge (Nasdaq: SEDG), Arpal Defense and Printar Digital Printing.

Aras developed into an engine-expert throughout the German and international scientific landscape (studies at RWTH Aachen University, doctorate at Audi AG). Through his experience as a powertrain developer at Stuttgart FKFS for various OEMs as well as his activities as a senior program manager at Toyota, his developments always thrive on the transfer of state-of-the-art processes into corporate structures. With the help of methods such as MBD, he takes systems from concept paper to series maturity. His extensive networks enable him to manage his projects at the highest and most modern standard. Aras works as a scientific author for Springer, where he publishes his novel development approaches.

13 years of development experience in the field of engines for the automotive industry. Director of Gear Development Team at BorgWarner, tier 1 manufacturer for the automotive industry. Extensive experience in the development processes of integrated systems motor, transmission, electricity, command, and electronics. A charismatic leader and an energetic man of action.

Experienced Senior Project Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the automotive industry directly with OEMs and Tier 1 customers. Responsible for full product and project lifecycle management from RFQ into serial production phase mainly in high volume production. Strong practical experience in area of supplier management in terms of production process improvement, quality development and auditing. Several years of experience in direct high volume production management in automotive sector. Graduated Msc from AGH Cracow with additional postgraduate studies in the field of Quality and Production Management. 

Michael joined Aquarius after 20 years of experience in the aerospace industry (Elbit Systems and Israel Aerospace Industries). Michael comes with hands-on experience in the development, adaptation, and enchantment of UAV's propulsion systems. Michael has experience in leading groups of multidisciplinary R&D engineers working in the development of state-of-the-art UAV's propulsion systems. Michael brings demonstrated experience transferring prototype systems from development into serial production, creating new propulsion system production lines, and supporting customers during commercialization early-stage. Michael leads the global Aquarius R&D department.

Ronny is an electronic engineer and renewable energy expert with years of experience designing large PV plants and solving problems. Ronny holds a B.Sc. degree from Israeli HIT with power electronics expertise and MBA degree from Israeli Bar-Ilan University with finance expertise. Ronny’s areas of his expertise are: Micro-Grids, Electrical systems, Design and optimization of PV Solar plants, solar analytics, Developing PV Solar Electronic appliances, as well as creating energy special designs. Prior joining Aquarius Ronny served in different management positions in different innovative start-ups companies in the energy segment.
